As an In-house Maintenance Technician, your role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining our properties in excellent condition. Preferred experience in a multifamily space is essential, given the need to handle a range of small jobs. Your skill set should cover plumbing, small electrical work, drywall repair, and carpentry. This position calls for a versatile handyperson with the adaptability to tackle different maintenance responsibilities.

• Plumbing, electrical, drywall, basic handyperson experience
• Driver's license
• Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
• Strong problem‑solving/troubleshooting skills in identifying maintenance issues

Salary: $40000 - $60000 per year
