Our team self‑performs work for new construction, build‑outs, and retrofit projects often in industrial and manufacturing environments, such as manufacturing/production facilities, data centers, food processing facilities, EV battery plants, semiconductor plants, automotive plants, chemical plants, distribution centers, warehouses, and other large industrial and heavy commercial facilities.

• Read blueprints and schematics to plan and install fire sprinkler systems, including cutting, threading, and assembling pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads.
• Diagnose and repair existing sprinkler systems, including replacing damaged parts or performing emergency repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements, use appropriate tools and equipment, and work safely in various environments.

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Physical stamina for manual labor, such as lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Completion of an apprenticeship is often required
• Backflow prevention device certification is frequently preferred
