Perform planned (preventive) maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Respond to reactive maintenance needs, diagnosing and repairing equipment failures in a fast-paced manufacturing setting;
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues including hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits; utilize PLC troubleshooting with Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms;
Document maintenance activities and participate in continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability
