Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Local 72

Rhino Mechanical, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Service Department.

Our Service Department is a Local 72 signatory contractor, and we're looking for qualified technicians who know commercial HVAC, can troubleshoot problems, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in solving the problem correctly.

• Commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Rooftop units and split systems
• Chillers and chilled-water systems
• Boilers and hydronic systems
• Pumps, motors and mechanical systems
• Controls and electrical troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Equipment diagnostics, repairs and replacements

Technical ability matters—but character matters here too.

You should be someone who is dependable, honest, accountable, self‑motivated and humble. You show up. You take ownership of your work. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get the job done, and when something goes wrong, you're interested in finding the solution—not finding someone to blame.
