Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:- Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Director of Lifestyles including date, time, type, locations, and directions
- Transport residents to and from activities and errands in a safe, organized, and responsible manner
- Maintain strong communication with Lifestyles staff regarding schedules, time off, resident relations, and vehicle condition
- Communicate with residents at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm times and routes
- Provide excellent resident relations while demonstrating the community’s quality care and service standards
- Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude at all times
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, safe, and operating efficiently; report maintenance needs promptly
- Keep vehicle interiors clean and orderly during and after use
- Remain flexible for unscheduled or emergency transportation needs
- Fuel vehicle as needed and submit gas receipts to the appropriate team member
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- One (1) year of work experience required
- Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including driving, sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 15 pounds unassisted

Additional Requirements:
