Delivery Driver - Carrollton

As a Delivery Driver at Marco’s Pizza in Carrollton, you are the face of our brand. For many of our guests, you are the only team member they meet, making your role vital to our success. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, values a flexible schedule, and loves connecting with people. You will bring our high-quality pizzas directly to our guests' doors, ensuring they receive a hot, fresh meal with a friendly smile.

On a day-to-day basis, success means operating your vehicle safely, navigating local routes efficiently, and delivering orders accurately. You will represent our team on the road with defensive and courteous driving habits. When you are not making deliveries, you will jump in to help the in-store team by assisting with basic kitchen prep, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting your teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Over time, success means building great rapport with our regular guests and becoming a reliable teammate. By taking personal responsibility for your role—having a proactive attitude to solve problems and help others—you will play a key part in delivering a five-star experience from our oven to our guests' tables.

• A current, valid driver’s license.
• At least two years of safe driving history.
• A reliable, safe vehicle that complies with all state safety and registration requirements.
• A valid personal auto insurance policy that meets state minimums.
• The ability to read maps, navigate GPS, and identify street signs easily.
• Basic math skills to accurately count money, handle cash transactions, and make correct change.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively and politely with guests and teammates.
• The ability to remain calm and focused during busy, fast-paced rush hours.

• Prior experience in a delivery, customer service, or food service role.
• A deep familiarity with the streets and neighborhoods of Carrollton.
• Experience using store technology or point-of-sale systems.
