Every 3 weeks.
The compensation includes mileage pay with a maximum of $0.78 per mile and a minimum of $0.63 per mile based on verified experience, plus a weekly minimum of $1,500 and potential earnings up to $1,500–$2,200 weekly. Additional benefits include a DOT inspection bonus of $75 for each clean inspection, and a comprehensive benefits program starting after 60 days of active service, with enrollment
