What You'll Do
- Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity
- Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and internal controls
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar platforms

- A growth mindset — you're naturally curious, quick to learn, and motivated to deepen your knowledge every day
- Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement
