Accounts Receivable Specialist# Accounts Receivable Specialist Carrollton, TX 75006## Overview Salary Range $22.00 Hourly## Description We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join our accounting team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues in a timely manner.
** Responsibilities:
*** Make daily collection calls
* Conduct account research and analysis
* Prepare and maintain various reports
* Maintain an accurate aging report
* Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
* Send statements to outstanding customers
* Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
* Customer payment application
* Customer credit card processing
* Daily bank deposits and reporting## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience, to include knowledge of general accounting principles
* Anytime Collect or AFS technologies experience a plus
* Must be proficient in Excel
* Must work well in a team environment
* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, including excellent customer service telephone skills
* Ability to multitask
* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
