Our client, a growing home finishings company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounts payable experience, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting domestic and international vendor relationships.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliation while supporting operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Review and verify invoice details, approvals, and coding
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, wire transfers, and other payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors and suppliers regarding invoices, payment status, and account issues
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Partner with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
