Job Overview
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including the preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from multiple sources, and handling small‑scale projects. The role also involves general office duties such as word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

- Scheduling and reserving conference rooms and coordinating meetings.
- Processing monthly management payroll using Dayforce platform.
- Responding to Service Management Center (SMC) inquiries.
- Maintaining confidentiality of material on a regular basis.
