Client Services Team Project Administrator
Trane Technologies invites you to apply for the Client Services Team Project Administrator position. This role involves moderate supervision and close collaboration with the regional team to handle documentation, quotations, invoicing, and administrative oversight. The position can be based at any of our regional offices.
Responsibilities- Process and manage Tech Leads promptly and accurately.
- Follow up on Quick Quotes and update records for sold opportunities.
- Coordinate technician payments for Quick Quotes and Tech Leads, including Excel report creation and review.
- Manage the approval process: invite new vendors and maintain relationships with current vendors for the Regional Service Group.
- Provide backup support for the SSC role as needed.
- Review and process credit approvals.
- Manage purchase order acknowledgements.
- Support transition‑related activities and processes.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Create and manage location records.
- Maintain accurate asset‑management records in Salesforce.
- Associate’s degree required; up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, decision‑making, rational thinking, and good judgment.
- Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Familiarity with HVAC system operation preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
Annual Base Salary Range: $59,153.33 – $83,090.00. Compensation type:
Exception. No incentive or commission eligible.
