Administrative Assistant

• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and staff calendars
• Maintain and organize patient or client records in compliance with healthcare privacy standards
• Prepare and process correspondence, reports, forms, and other administrative documents
• Support billing, data entry, and insurance verification processes as needed
• Order and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, clients, and external vendors

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate s degree or higher preferred
• 1+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion (HIPAA awareness a plus)
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
