Given our fast rate of growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Program Coordinator
to join our dynamic administration team.

As the central hub of daily operations, the Program Coordinator ensures seamless communication between departments while handling essential business tasks.

You will work closely with leadership across departments to:

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices
• Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
• Greet customers entering our showroom and provide exceptional customer support
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative support across the company
• Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed

We’re seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual who is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or fine arts
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate is a strong plus
• Ideally a background in the insurance industry or restoration services

• Be ethical and respectful of your teammates, colleagues and customers

• Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Ability to pass apre-employment drug test and background check

The pay range is $16 to $20 per hour depending on relevant experience
