• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with clients and prospects
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results, providing insights and recommendations to management
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and establish new business relationships
