Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site at our Carrollton, TX location. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, creating marketing and sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals. The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to align business objectives and contribute toward achieving company targets.
Qualifications- Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Client relationship management and account development expertise
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software (preferred)
