Contributing to Our Team

You will assist the Account Executive with all aspects of project and major account management, acting as a liaison between project management, design, operations, and clients. Though entry level, there is ample opportunity to grow.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a firm understanding of the sales process, product development, visual merchandising and retail.
  • Effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Acumatica programs.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to support project schedules and spreadsheets for multiple accounts.
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies that may arise.
  • Work efficiently to meet client specified deadlines.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with the Account Executive within a team‑like environment.
  • Perform general office duties including organizing and filing paperwork, answering general phone calls and providing backup for other teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred (preferably in merchandising, public relations, advertising or business).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly across multiple projects.
  • Efficient and accurate computer data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, acting with a sense of urgency and adhering to set deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and personable demeanor with strong customer focus.
