What you'll do:

* Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

* Analyze current and forecasted data to determine necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans for contract execution.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and provide solution recommendations to senior leadership.

* Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to contract execution and coordinate related administrative tasks.

* Monitor program implementation, assess return on investment, and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions and continuous improvement efforts.

* Proven experience in evaluating and implementing government payer support programs with a focus on compliance and operational alignment.

* Strong data analysis skills to assess program return on investment and forecast contract requirements.

* Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
