Our independently owned and operated branches in Carrollton and Denton, TX, proudly serves older adults, and disabled individuals throughout Addison, Carrolton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Denton, Corinth, Argyle, and Lewisville areas of northeast Texas.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) during probationary period
plus a generous performance-based bonus program, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities.
This position offers significant earning potential for individuals who consistently develop referral relationships, convert inquiries into clients, and support agency growth.
This is a unique hybrid position that combines community marketing, business development and care coordination. You will spend much of your time building relationships with referral sources while also meeting with prospective clients and families to conduct in-home care assessments, develop individualized care plans, perform supervisory reassessments, and help ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate enjoys networking, building relationships, helping families navigate senior care decisions, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Responsibilities Community Relations & Business Development- Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Irving, Garland, Denton, Corinth, and surrounding communities.
- Conduct in-person visits with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice agencies, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Educate referral partners about Comfort Keepers' non-medical home care services.
- Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, senior expos, and community outreach activities.
- Identify new referral opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing referral partners.
- Maintain accurate records of referral activities and follow-up communications.
- Meet with prospective clients and their families to discuss home care needs.
- Conduct comprehensive in-home care assessments.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Complete routine supervisory visits and client reassessments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with office staff and caregivers to ensure smooth care transitions and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Address client and family questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
- Document assessments, reassessments, and client interactions accurately and promptly.
- Experience in home care, home health, senior services, healthcare marketing, nursing, social work, case management, or community relations preferred.
- Experience conducting home care assessments or client intake is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience
