The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every part of their lives. This is the one role they haven't yet filled.
You will become the person they reach out to when uncertainty surfaces, when something doesn't sit right, or when they want to share a moment they know you'll appreciate. You'll understand each family deeply enough to sense what they require before they articulate it—and you'll possess the judgment and composure to manage what they bring with tact, empathy, and effortless professionalism.
Over time, you won't simply be connected to their child's education. You'll be woven into the way they navigate this stage of their family's journey.
That level of trust isn't built through procedure. It's cultivated through presence—steady, reliable, and unhurried. You'll be on-site during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, at the evening gatherings that count, and in the unscheduled one‑on‑one exchanges that never appear on a schedule. You'll foster a community that families want to protect, where inclusion feels organic and word‑of‑mouth spreads naturally because the experience justifies it.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily using AI‑driven applications, then dedicate the remainder of their time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and applied projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationally. The families who enroll are investing in something they value deeply—but that commitment requires ongoing care.
You will sustain that dialogue with each family, through every uncertainty, for the duration of their child's time with us. If the prospect of championing an unconventional approach to discerning critics feels burdensome, this position won't suit you. If it feels like the most compelling work you could undertake, continue reading.
What You Will Be Doing- Take ownership of the relationship with every family at your campus—the evolving, deepening connection that makes parents feel genuinely understood, not merely served.
- Identify concerns before they escalated into formal discussions, and address them with the tact and interpersonal skill that preserves confidence.
- Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning drop‑off (7–9 am), afternoon pick‑up (2–4 pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend events.
- Create a campus community with real substance—events, rituals, and touchpoints that make families feel part of something meaningful and worth safeguarding.
- Develop parent advocates naturally, delivering experiences so reliably outstanding that referrals emerge as the organic result.
- Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI‑powered approach with families managing screen‑time questions, skeptical relatives, and occasional reservations— not only during enrollment, but across their entire tenure on campus.
- Recognize when a family is not the right match and manage that outcome with the same care you apply elsewhere—protecting the community is integral to serving it.
- Establish the systems and routines this role demands in a setting where the blueprint is still being developed.
- Managing enrollment operations—that falls under the Admissions Director's purview; your work starts when families enroll and deepens from there.
- Operating from behind a desk—your visible engagement with the community defines the role.
- Maintaining standard 9–5 hours—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening commitments are foundational to the job, not occasional add‑ons.
- Relying on administrative infrastructure, established workflows, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what's necessary.
- Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role rewards authentic engagement, not procedural adherence.
Serve as the trusted relationship anchor for every family's journey ntain their confidence during challenging periods, cultivate a community where belonging feels intentional, and establish the conditions under which satisfied families become active…
