- Collaborate with senior estimators to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize basic Excel skills to assist in the preparation and organization of project estimates.
- Learn and apply industry‑specific knowledge related to residential high‑voltage systems.
- Work with home diagrams and blueprints to comprehend project scopes.
- Support the estimation team in conducting material take‑offs and cost analysis.
- Assist in preparing accurate and competitive bids for residential projects.
- Learn and adhere to Home Pro’s estimating standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant project information.
- Attend training sessions and actively seek opportunities for skill development.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Interest in the residential high‑voltage field.
- Ability to work with home diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant coursework is a plus.
- No prior experience in estimating required; training will be provided.
