  Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, one Saturday per month

What you’ll actually do:

• Identifying a problem and helping figure out how to fix it
• Building or improving a process that isn’t working efficiently
• Helping coordinate schedules, customers and field operations
• Supporting recruiting and hiring initiatives
• Working with business data, reports and operational metrics
• Communicating with customers, employees and leadership
• Taking ownership of projects from idea through execution
• Jumping into whatever area of the business needs another capable person
