• Ensure all roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to establish timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Oversee the safety regulations and protocols on job sites.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the roofing crew.

• Completion rate of projects within stipulated time and budget.
• Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Number of safety incidents reported.
• Efficiency in material and labor utilization.

• Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
