We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Project Managerwitha minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage demolition projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Oversee jobsite operations, superintendents, and field crews
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Lead jobsite meetings and provide progress updates
• Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, and project close-out

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
  in demolition or heavy civil construction
• Proven experience as a
  Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of demolition means and methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with commercial and industrial demolition
• Knowledge of environmental abatement coordination
• Estimating or preconstruction experience a plus
