Job Description Construction Solutions (CS) is a critical subdomain of Southland's Project Operations Solutions (POS), focused on supporting construction operations and field teams through consistent, connected solutions that improve how work gets executed.
As the Sr. Manager of Construction Solutions, you will lead the direction, rollout, and improvement of core construction technologies. This includes Construction Platforms (Autodesk Forma and related tools), Reality Capture (Cupix, Matterport, FARO), and Commissioning Solutions.
The role is focused on making tools and processes easier to use, improving consistency across divisions, and helping teams deliver work more efficiently and accurately.
You will work closely with operations, IT, and divisional leadership to ensure solutions fit how work is actually done in the field and continue to improve over time. Travel to divisional offices and fabrication shops is required.
