Account Support & Customer Service Representative – Farmers Branch, TX
Pay: $18–$21/hr |
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our sales team and provide excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales reps to provide account support and updates
- Manage customer accounts, pricing, and monitor margins
- Process and track online orders, returns, and samples
- Troubleshoot transactions and online ordering issues
- Maintain online accounts and rebate contracts
- Provide accurate product information and assist with research and training
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
