NOW HIRING DISPATCHER FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF
23.00 - 28.00
PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE + BONUS

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Andy’s Sprinklers & Drainage is growing and seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be the communication hub between our customers and service technicians—ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication, and seamless service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch service orders for technicians promptly and accurately
• Oversee technician routes and track performance and efficiency throughout the day
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service appointments as needed
• Communicate effectively with technicians, relaying updates, messages, and job details
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate call logs, schedules, and service data across multiple software systems
• Generate and distribute reports for management as requested
• Support general office functions and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience Dispatching using Service Titan (Required)
• 2–5 years of customer service/Dispatching experience (required)
• Prior dispatching or scheduling experience in a home service industry (preferred)
• Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems efficiently
• Proficient typing speed (50+ WPM required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
