Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed

Responsibilities:

Process and input customer orders and purchase orders

Check for product availability

Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests

Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department

Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits

Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts

Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties

Assist General Manager as needed

Other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish language preferred

High school diploma or approved equivalent in experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude

Ability to work well in a team environment, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times

Pay and Benefits:
