Position SummaryITAD USA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Account Coordinator to support customer projects and logistics operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys communicating with customers, and can manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
This position is well-suited for professionals with experience in customer service, logistics coordination, operations support, project coordination, or account support.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Communicate project schedules, service updates, and status information.
- Assist customers with questions and provide timely follow-up.
- Coordinate customer requests with internal operations teams.
- Support customer onboarding and project setup activities.
- Help ensure a positive customer experience throughout each project.
- Schedule transportation, pickups, and deliveries for customer projects.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and assist with scheduling adjustments.
- Support inventory tracking and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with special projects including office relocations, technology refreshes, and asset recovery initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with customer agreements and internal paperwork.
- Track project milestones and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Support process improvement initiatives and team objectives.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, operations support, administrative support, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, recycling, technology services, or related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM, inventory management, or ERP systems.
- Experience coordinating projects, schedules, or customer requests.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional visits to warehouse facilities or customer locations.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
