U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. The role involves assisting customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services, managing rentals and inventory, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and ensuring customers receive comprehensive support throughout their journeys.

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and educate them regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches, trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The job involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear (masks, goggles, gloves, shields) may be required.

Physical exertion is required, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, repositioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
