We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, customer‑focused team and help us deliver outstanding experiences.

- Assist customers with questions and guide them on Home Pro’s home technology products and services.
- Process orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery and addressing special requests.
- Tackle customer issues and complaints, finding creative solutions that satisfy customers.
- Stay up to date on the latest home technology products and services, sharing features and benefits in an accessible way.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using customer service software.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions, forwarding them to appropriate teams to improve products and services.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Previous customer service experience; bonus if in the tech or home improvement industry.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for home technology products such as smart home systems, entertainment setups, and security solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve customer issues.
- Empathy and patience for understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Multitasking ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Team player who collaborates and works toward shared goals.
- Comfortable navigating customer service software, databases, and related tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education welcome.
- Bilingual skills are a major plus.
