Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Sales Representative, where your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English will help drive customer satisfaction and boost sales performance. You'll engage with clients via inbound and outbound calls, offering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings.
Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center.
  • Previous experience in state or federal work environments.
