IPG is seeking a Customer Service professional to lead daily order transactions for existing customers and coordinate with Operations to ensure timely processing from order entry to shipment.
You will respond to inquiries, maintain pricing with sales, and monitor order status while upholding IPG policies. A 3-5 year customer service background, strong math, Excel/AS400 experience, and excellent communication are essential.
