• Current Staff: 1 OMS, 1 Endodontist
• Procedures:
Bread-and-butter dentistry, with flexibility to focus on procedures aligned with dentist s comfort and expertise
• Patient Age Range:
Primarily adults
• Payor Mix:
Cash, PPO, HMO
• Technology: AI-driven clinical documentation, digital radiography, CBCT imaging systems, intraoral scanners (iTero or 3
Shape), electric handpieces, ergonomic chairs, paperless EHR platforms
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a technology-enabled environment
• Collaborate with on-site specialists for integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate AI-driven clinical documentation
• Deliver patient care with autonomy in treatment planning
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards

Compensation
- Tiered production-based compensation: % of production
• 3 6 month daily guarantee: $700 $ 900/day
