This full-time Landscape Architect role is an on-site position based in Carrollton, TX. The Landscape Architect will develop concept and detailed designs for luxury residential outdoor spaces, including site planning, grading, hardscape layouts, and planting plans. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, preparing design drawings and presentations, and coordinating with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation.
The role involves visiting project sites to assess conditions, verify measurements, review progress, and address design challenges, particularly for complex topography such as lakeside hills and walkways. The Landscape Architect will also support material selection, sustainability considerations, and adherence to local regulations and permitting requirements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in - Experience:
2+ years of professional experience - Design & Technical
Skills:
Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and experience in producing construction documents. Proficiency in hand graphics and digital tools* (Land F/X, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up, Lumion, Microsoft Office). - Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - All staff are required to produce hand drawings; no one is exempt from drafting.
