, the #1 math tutoring center (1,000+ locations), we empower K-12 students to excel with personalized lessons and test prep. As Assistant Director, partner with our Center Director to build a high‑energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals.

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry + a plus)
• Full‑time availability (M‑Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids/teams; customer‑focused leader
• Pass background check

• Parent comms or team management skills
