This position anchors that vision. You'll cultivate the Guides who engage students daily, transforming them into outstanding coaches instead of traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills sessions that resonate with students for years. You'll analyze performance metrics to pinpoint where students or Guides need support and guide them toward mastery. You'll simultaneously manage your own student group, embodying the excellence you demand from others.

The cascading impact is profound. Each Guide you develop shapes dozens of young people. Every enhancement to campus culture multiplies across hundreds of student lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report volume. • Develop and mentor Guides to execute Alpha's coaching framework with precision, enthusiasm, and unwavering standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills sessions addressing communication, concentration, feedback reception, leadership principles, and resilience for students in grades K-8 using established frameworks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to surface coaching needs, eliminate obstacles, and produce quantifiable progress on a weekly basis.
• Conduct motivational sessions that empower each student to embrace ambitious targets and reliably reach them.
• Oversee your own student group while demonstrating the coaching quality and responsibility you require from all Guides.

• Instructing traditional academic content. Core academics are mastered by students independently via AI-enabled learning platforms.
• Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum materials. Your focus is outstanding mentorship, not producing teaching resources.
• Running classrooms through lectures, printed assignments, or behavioral management frameworks. Students direct their own learning while you coach the practices that enable achievement.
• Compromising standards to sidestep challenging discussions. Rigorous expectations and authentic belief in student capability are inseparable.
• Defining success through activity volume rather than tangible outcomes. Impact supersedes effort by itself.
