As a Sales Application Engineer, you’ll be the technical partner for the Sales team, guiding projects from concept to production while ensuring customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to provide technical support, feasibility analysis, and pricing for projects.
• Consult with customers, distributors, and internal teams to address application concerns and optimize solutions.
• Guide prototype manufacturing and product/system development, ensuring designs meet performance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation using CAD and other engineering tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, changes, and outcomes from start to finish.
• Conduct limited field visits to support implementation, training, and customer troubleshooting.

• 3–5 years of experience in product/application engineering or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing environment with electromechanical products.
• Hands-on problem solver with mechanical/electrical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems; comfortable learning new tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with customers, peers, and leadership.

• Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within the continental U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
