Controls Engineer

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Controls Engineer located in Carrollton, TX. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting technical issues, and working on motion control and robotics systems. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance production efficiency and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Expertise in Process Control and Electrical Engineering
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and control system issues
• Experience with Motion Control and Robotics systems
• Proficiency in programming and software for industrial automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
