- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and sensor physics
- Experience with circuit design, including signal conditioning and analog electronics
- Hands‑on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging hardware
- Familiarity with calibration techniques and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus
