Be the Financial Partner Behind Smart Operational Decisions

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with a well-established, growing manufacturing company where your financial insight directly supports plant operations, leadership decision-making, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Plant Finance, Operations, and Management, serving as a key contributor to management reporting, variance analysis, capital accounting, and month-end close. You’ll also have the chance to identify operational efficiencies and help shape better financial processes across the organization.
If you’re someone who enjoys digging into data, improving how things work, and being viewed as a trusted business partner, this role offers both challenge and long-term opportunity.

Capital & Fixed Asset Accounting
- Maintain the fixed asset ledger and track projects in progress
- Run monthly depreciation and evaluate assets annually for impairment, retirement, or disposal
- Support capital project setup, spending analysis, and reconciliation
- Make recommendations on asset accounting, reserves, and expenditures
Operational & Compliance Support
- File sales tax returns accurately and on time; maintain related accounts
- Assist with annual budgets, physical inventory, and audit support
- Monitor compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Serve as a cross-trained resource for product costing setup and maintenance
- Respond to accounting inquiries from internal partners and stakeholders
Process Improvement & Special Projects

Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills with experience creating detailed reports
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- ERP system experience within a manufacturing environment
Credentials

What Sets You Apart

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who can present financial data clearly to non-financial leaders
- Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Why You’ll Thrive Here
