OverviewWe are looking for a detail‑oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This role focuses on handling urgent loan files that require quick turnaround—often within 24 hours. You will manage a high‑volume queue, make critical corrections, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac standards and experience working with a variety of loan products.
Responsibilities- Process urgent loan files and ensure closings within tight deadlines.
- Manage a queue of 40–50 loans and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Make adjustments to cash‑to‑close amounts, debt‑to‑income (DTI) ratios, and seller credits.
- Restructure loans as needed during closing.
- Review borrower documentation, including credit reports and bank statements.
- Apply investor guidelines and add conditions to loans.
- Collaborate with branch operations teams to resolve issues and finalize loans.
- 3–5 years of loan processing experience.
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
- Experience with conventional loans, FHA, and VA loans.
- Knowledge of VA funding fees and COE requirements.
- Ability to identify and verify documentation, including large deposits.
- Experience with purchase transactions (not just refinances).

Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $25.00 per hour.
