Assistant VP Loan Boarding

Responsibilities

• Manage loan boarding operations, service transfers, and post boarding reviews.
• Develop project plans addressing key initiatives across all of Loan Servicing.
• Monitor key vendor contracts for renewal and annual certification and compliance notices (review SAS
  70 reports and develop company memorandums).
• Oversee all aspects of the division’s strategic plan, including development of project plans, implementation of changes, and reporting on efforts.
• Track efforts around obtaining and maintaining our Servicer Rating – include policy and procedure changes, system enhancements, organizational changes, and compliance efforts.
• Support the development and maintenance of Servicing’s Business Continuity Plan.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong technical background in cloud data warehousing, with direct experience in Snowflake preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
