covers from the brokers changing to broke amount, interest change, curing QM, such a wide range of changes that could be done. Update loan application - familiar with AUS (automated underwriting system).

• 3-5 years of loan processing experience or document review;
  Jr processor eligible.
• Experience with credit unions, mortgage lenders.
• Be able to identify documents and large deposits.
• Knowledge of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines.
• Processing conventional loans – home loans and a variety of loans.
• Data Change Request Requirements.

• 1-2 years as processing assistant.
• Encompass experience preferred.

Intermediate Level.

Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Fully onsite.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
