Senior Financial Analyst - Carrollton, TX - 110k-130k + Bonus

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization in the technology and solutions space. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an FP&A professional who will serve as a key partner to the CFO, owning financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, analytical finance professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and reporting models across a multi-site, multi-entity organization.
• Own P&L analysis, expense reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including KPI dashboards and executive-level presentations.
• Support board reporting by developing clear financial narratives and communicating key business drivers.
• Partner with site leaders and functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and understand operational performance.
• Analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow activity.
• Support month-end close activities, accrual analysis, and general ledger review as needed.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and capital planning.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to improve reporting, data analysis, and process efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, reporting accuracy, and financial systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical finance roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, balance sheet analysis, and month-end processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical ability with the skill to interpret complex financial and operational data.
