Compensation:$12/hr

Experience:Minimum 1 year of cleaning preferred, housekeeping, janitorial, or salon support experience preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Back of House (BOH) Support & Salon Assistant to join our high-end nail salon team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily salon operations, ensuring our nail technicians have everything they need to deliver flawless services to our clients.

• Sterilize and package service implements using our ultrasonic cleaner and autoclave systems following strict professional hygiene standards.
• Maintain hot towel warmers, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh hand towels and pedicure towels throughout the day.
• Hand wash manicure station marble trays and sanitize delicate equipment.
• Station & Inventory Prep:
  • Refill station essentials including acetone, alcohol, lotions, and pedicure caddy callous removers.
  • Top off Dazzle Dry (DD) prep, basecoat, and topcoat bottles.
  • Prepare service materials in advance (e.g., creating toe separators, cutting and stocking nail foils into standard packs).
  • Regularly organize and restock Gel-X apres tips, ensuring extra sizes are perfectly sorted and stored.

Inventory & Operations Support

Assist management with inventory tracking, organization, and replenishment.

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory shipments.

• Assist with receiving, logging, and stocking inventory deliveries.
• Maintain a perfectly ordered supply cabinet so team members can efficiently locate products.

Support managers with inventory-related projects and day-to-day operational needs.

Reset and thoroughly wipe down manicure tables, ensuring all treatment bottles are cleaned, revived, and neatly organized.

• Wipe down and vacuum out manicure station drawers to remove debris.

Check and complete Dazzle Dry (DD) sets across manicure stations and pedicure caddies to guarantee optimal readiness for the next business day.

Strong attention to detail with an obsession for cleanliness, neatness, and order.

• Ability to follow exact protocols for sanitation and tool preparation.
• Physical stamina to handle active shifts (bending, standing, lifting inventory boxes).
• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player who anticipates salon needs.

No prior salon experience required - we will fully train you on our specific autoclave, inventory, and bottle revival workflows!
