Carrollton/Sandy Lake is currently looking for a physical therapist to join our current team of 1 PT and 1 PSS. We are seeking a strong ortho PT to treat high-level outpatient orthopedic conditions along the entire age continuum. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, have a board certification or be interested in obtaining this certification, and possess strong manual skills.
Responsibilities- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
- Strong orthopedic specialization with a desire for board certification or current board certification
- Self-motivated with strong manual skills
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR/BLS certification or completion within first 90 days as required by state regulations
