Prn Speech Therapist Weekends

This is a PRN Speech Therapist position specializing in weekend shifts at Carrollton Regional Medical Center. The role is full-time and on-site, located in Carrollton, TX. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, as well as develop and implement personalized therapy plans for individuals. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, conducting patient evaluations, documenting treatment progress, and educating patients and families.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and related therapeutic techniques
• Knowledge and experience in addressing Dysphagia and managing swallowing difficulties
• Ability to assess and provide intervention for Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
