As an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will support our clients in achieving their unique goals and contribute to a dedicated ABA team.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain relationships with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn, passion for children with Autism, patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start part‑time.
• Commitment to a 6‑month tenure to positively impact clients' lives.

• Education or early childhood development.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After‑school programs or camp counseling.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• ABA therapy or work with individuals with Autism.
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
