Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed behavioral health hospital serving the Carrollton, TX community. We are looking for an Assessment Specialist on a PRN schedule to join our Lifepoint Health team and help coordinate care across the admission to discharge process.
You will perform initial assessments, support LOC determinations, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure timely, compassionate care. A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is required, along with CPR and de-escalation
